Opening Performance by the Dubuque Senior High School Pep Band
The Dubuque Senior High School Pep Band, under the direction of John Garde, features students in grades 9-12. The band performs at community events and has earned Division I ratings at the IHSMA State Marching and Large Group Festivals.
