On Event Days
Five Flags Box Office, located at the Locust Street entrance, will open at least two hours prior to show time for events in the Arena.

The Theater lobby box office will open one hour before show time for events in the Theater.

Event On-Sales
The box office will open at the advertised "on-sale" times.
Tickets available 24 hours a day 7 days a week at Ticketmaster.com or with the Ticketmaster mobile app.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or Cash. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Questions regarding disabled seating and wheelchair accessibility can be directed to the Box Office.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKETS
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Customers may pay for tickets using cash, major credit cards (VISA, MC, Discover Card, American Express) or debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE FEE:
Tickets purchased at the Five Flags Center Box Office for Five Flags Events, are not assessed Ticketmaster convenience fees. Convenience fees are assessed on all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
Please remember to watch which site you purchase tickets from. Any site other than Ticketmaster is a 3rd party resale site where you'll end up paying double or triple the cost.

WILL CALL:
Patrons may pick up their tickets at "Will Call" when the box office opens before an event. Photo identification and your Ticketmaster order number are needed to pick up tickets at "Will Call". Tickets are issued only to the person whose name is on the account.
