What is the convenience fee? Do I have to pay it if I purchase tickets at the box office?

A convenience fee is a processing fee on tickets when purchased through Ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster's mobile app.
Tickets purchased at the Box Office will have the facility fee added, but not have the additional fees.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets at

- The Five Flags Center Box Office.

- Ticketmaster.com is our official eCommerce ticketing platform.

- Ticketmaster's mobile app.

What is Will Call?

Will call is located at the Box Office. If you purchase your tickets close to the date of the show, Ticketmaster.com will give you an option to put your tickets at the box office for you to pick up rather than mailing them or printing them off. You will need identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets

What age does my child have to be to require a ticket?

Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live, Paw Patrol Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call 563-589-4258.

If tickets to an event are not on sale yet, how can “StubHub.com”, “Ticketsnow.com”, etc., already have tickets for sale at inflated prices?

The Five Flags Center does not provide tickets to these companies. These sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Re-sellers don’t buy tickets themselves. They provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy. How can I find out if an event is sold out?

You can call the Five Flags Center box office or the Admin office to inquire about if a show is sold out at 563-589-4258.

What forms of payments do you accept?

The Five Flags Center box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and American Express.

We do not accept checks.

Can I obtain a refund on my tickets?

Unless a show is cancelled or postponed, it is Ticketmaster’s policy that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for purchased tickets.

We understand that there are extenuating circumstances and may review this policy on a case by case basis.
